Kensington Gatehouse

CC London were appointed to undertake the full refurbishment of a Sir Edwin Lutyens design, 20th century property in Kensington. The works involved restoring original Lutyens designs which have been covered by subsequent building works in the 1970s, including new install of a 4-storey cantilevered staircase, a double height entrance hall with scagliola pilasters and hand-painted tromp l’oiel ceiling.
