We undertook a staged refurbishment over three years of a Grade II* listed property in Wimbledon Village, once residence of Henry VIII. The works included the full refurbishment of main house completed, full refurbishment of neighbouring property and gatehouse to create guest accommodation and a new build leisure complex with indoor swimming pool linked by a glass walkway to the guest house. We completed the final phase with full landscaping to 3-acre gardens.
