CC Construction Limited was founded in 1997, by school friends Chris Edwards and Cris Silvano. Robert Barclay joined the company in 2009 and was appointed shareholder and Director shortly after.
With a combined passion for high-end residential refurbishments and 25 years of expertise in the industry, we have organically grown into one of the country’s leading prime-residential construction firms and in 2021 we became a small group of companies forming the CC Construction Group.
Collectively across four divisions, we specialise in high-end residential building projects, from listed period properties to ultra-modern new builds, in London and the Southern Counties.
Together with our construction management team, we have an in-house build team of over 100 skilled builders, many of whom have been with us from our inception.
