CC Construction Group is a super-prime residential building firm with nearly 30 years’ experience delivering private homes across London and the southern counties.
We are structured across four divisions – CC London, CC Country, CC Bespoke and CC Maintain — which together allow us to work across a wide range of projects. These include listed building refurbishments, new build homes, and ongoing maintenance and aftercare.
The nature of our work means we are often involved in technically complex and detail-driven projects, working closely with architects, consultants, and specialist trades. As a result, the standard we work to is high, and the way we work – collaborative, considered, and practical – is important.
Our team includes project managers, commercial staff, site managers and operatives, many of whom have been with the business for a long time. That continuity is a key part of how we operate. It brings experience, consistency, and a shared understanding of what is expected.
At the same time, we are continuing to grow and invest in new people. We aim to provide an environment where individuals can take responsibility for their work, develop their skills, and build a long-term career within the business.
CC Construction Group was founded in 1997 by school friends, Chris Edwards and Cris Silvano. Robert Barclay joined in 2009, later becoming a shareholder and Director.
As an owner-led business, the Directors remain closely involved in the delivery of projects, building long-standing relationships with clients, professional teams, and employees.

CC Construction was Founded By school friends Chris Edwards & Cris Silvano, working from a small office on Cadogan Pier. We incorporated CC Construction Ltd in 2002.
We secured a number of major project across Chelsea, Kensington and Knightsbridge, and acquired our first & bigger office in Chelsea Harbour.
Our maintenance & aftercare division was formed, CC Maintain, offering full life-cycle property services to our existing & new clients.
After 10 successful years in the business Robert Barclay is appointed shareholder & Company Director and following a greater demand of projects outside of the M25, and our growing bespoke offering we incorporated CC Country Ltd and CC Bespoke Ltd.
Shortly after opening our countryside office in Farnham Surrey, we formed CC Construction Group, a collective of four companies offering the same high-quality building services with four distinctive approaches.
We completed our largest project to date, an large, elegant, regency-style country house in the Surrey Hills.
