CC Construction undertook alterations and refurbishment works to a commercial office building on Queens Anne’s Gate, to restore it to its former 6-storey Georgian town house status. The works included the lowering of the ground floor level, full underpinning of internal and party walls and connecting external vaults. Accessing site offered challenges, working in accordance with the restriction imposed by the royal parks.
