CC Construction Group is a leading super prime residential building firm, with nearly 30 years’ experience in delivering the finest construction and aftercare services to private clients in London and the southern counties.

We are a group of four divisions comprising CC London, CC Country, CC Bespoke and CC Maintain. Each division delivers high-quality, custom projects of all scales and draws on the relationships the company has built over the years with leading industry professionals. Whether restoring a listed house, building a new home, or caring for and maintaining a property after the project is complete, we provide a fully comprehensive service and deliver premium homes designed and finished to the highest standard.

More About Us

Decades of Experience

1997

CC Construction was Founded By school friends Chris Edwards & Cris Silvano, working from a small office on Cadogan Pier. We incorporated CC Construction Ltd in 2002.

2007

We secured a number of major project across Chelsea, Kensington and Knightsbridge, and acquired our first & bigger office in Chelsea Harbour.

2017

Our maintenance & aftercare division was formed, CC Maintain, offering full life-cycle property services to our existing & new clients.

2019

After 10 successful years in the business Robert Barclay is appointed shareholder & Company Director and following a greater demand of projects outside of the M25, and our growing bespoke offering we incorporated CC Country Ltd and CC Bespoke Ltd.

2021

Shortly after opening our countryside office in Farnham Surrey, we formed CC Construction Group, a collective of four companies offering the same high-quality building services with four distinctive approaches.

2024

We completed our largest project to date, an large, elegant, regency-style country house in the Surrey Hills.

Our Recruitment Process

A personal approach

Our preference is to work directly with candidates, rather than through recruiters, so that we can get to know each other very early on in the process.

We spend time getting to know you and what you are looking for in your next role. Equally, we encourage you to ask us lots of questions to help you decide if a career at CC might be right for you.

We continually connect with active and passive candidates, to make sure we are already connected when your ideal role becomes available.

Virtual & face to face meetings

First interviews are held virtually with our We will explore your experience, alongside the role we are looking to fill and give you greater insight into life at CC.

Second interviews are in person at either office depending on the division you’re interviewing for. This will allow candidates to see, and feel the atmosphere, of the office where their role might be based. They are held with our company Directors, who will delve deeper into the role on offer and how this aligns with your previous experience.

If necessary, the third and final stage interviews will be face to face at one of our sites.

Timelines and communication

Whilst no two hires are the same, we aim to follow the same process, and pace of hire, for each vacancy we have.

Timelines will vary according to the role, sometimes these are set in stone, and sometimes are quite fluid, due to parameters beyond our control.

We endeavour to keep all candidates informed throughout all stages of the process and will offer, and request, feedback following each interview.
