We’re looking for an organised, proactive and personable Operations Coordinator to join CC Maintain, our high-end residential maintenance and small works division based in London.
Working closely with our Operations Manager and Project Managers, the Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day running of the office and wider maintenance team.
You’ll be involved in everything from coordinating maintenance visits and supporting client communication, to office management, team administration and helping keep our systems and records up to date.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy team and making a real impact behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the coordination of maintenance visits, schedules and team diaries
- Assisting with client communication, proposals and maintenance documentation
- Managing the day-to-day running of the CC Maintain office
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, calls and deliveries
- Supporting meetings, team coordination and operational administration
- Maintaining accurate records across key systems including Tradify, CRM and shared drives
- Supporting onboarding, team events and office culture
- Assisting with presentations, proposal packs and marketing materials

- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with clients and colleagues
- Proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Calm under pressure and naturally solutions-focused
- A strong team player who enjoys supporting others
- Comfortable using systems and administration tools
- Previous experience in office coordination, operations support, property, construction or maintenance would be beneficial, but attitude and approach are just as important.
