We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of super-prime residential projects across London.
This role involves managing projects from early stages through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, and quality
- Managing client and consultant relationships
- Leading and coordinating internal teams and supply chain partners
- Monitoring programme, progress, and performance on site
- Managing project risks and driving solutions
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with design intent and expectations
What we’re looking for:
- Experience delivering high-end residential projects
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders confidently
- A detail-driven approach with a focus on quality
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
