Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-end residential projects across Surrey and the surrounding counties.

Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will take ownership of the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to managing cost, risk, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full commercial management of projects from tender through to completion
• Procurement of subcontract packages and supplier management
• Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Identifying and managing commercial risk
• Supporting project teams to ensure financial control and project success

What we’re looking for:

• • Proven experience in a Senior QS role within high-end residential or main contracting
  • Strong commercial and contractual understanding
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Clear communication and a collaborative approach
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset
