CC London have recently completed the bespoke fit-out of a large luxury apartment on the 6th & 7th floor of the Holland Park Gate Development. CC inherited the newly built apartment as ‘grey box’ and will be completing some minor alterations to enhance the layout, create a double height space and install a new staircase. The fit-out works include full M&E install, ventilation and AC systems, high-spec home automation and AV, bespoke joinery, flooring and wall finishes throughout. Completed with external terrace/landscaping works.
