This project was a complete refurbishment of a small family three bedroomed house in North London. Utilising space was the objective of the project. To achieve this, all internal walls were removed and restructured, the staircase was repositioned on the opposite side of the house and we undertook major structural works to create this minimal open plan living space. The design features include a wall-hung, floating steel staircase, engineered oak herringbone floor, floor-to-ceiling tiled open gas fireplace and ribbed wooden joinery throughout the kitchen and bathrooms.
