We carried out works to two Grade I Listed Georgian Townhouse’s in this, part-residential-part commercial property. Both projects included the lowering of the lower ground floor level which involved underpinning of internal and party walls and external vaults.
Specialist structural repair was undertaken to 300-year-old timbers throughout the property and total reworking of the basement area with extensive underpinning allowed the creation of a bespoke cinema room, gym and sauna. Complete high-end joinery, including oak wall paneling, oak staircase and traditional Georgian fixtures and fittings throughout.
