CC Maintain, our maintenance division is committed to the life-cycle of our clients’ projects and we pride ourselves on a responsive and proactive after-care service. Our team are dedicated to making sure our clients are satisfied at every level of the project, especially after they have taken possession of the property. We are on call to deliver a swift after-care service and where possible the team that originally worked on the construction phase, will return to the property bringing with them their personal knowledge and experience of the original build.
Our clients are presented with a bespoke maintenance programme which we tailor to their specific preferences. This ensures our ability to maximise the on-going performance and longevity of their new home.
From testing fire alarms and AV systems, to cleaning your windows or servicing boilers, our core team of specialists will deliver resourceful solutions, keeping your home in perfect operational use. We will also undertake smaller works for you, such as redecorating your home, charging the carpets, fitting a new bathroom and even help with ‘setting-up’ for a party.
In the ongoing aftercare of your home, we also offer an on-call service. Experience has shown us that no matter how rigorous the testing and maintenance, occasionally things stop working. Our reactive service team will dramatically reduce the inconvenience of a maintenance problem, allowing you to continue using, working and living in your property.
