QUANTITY SURVEYOR, CC COUNTRY

We are currently looking for a dynamic Quantity Surveyor to join our CC Country Division, to work on multiple high-end residential projects in Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and West Sussex.

The right candidate will have 5-6 year experience, preferably in super prime residential main contracting, a clean driving license and own transport to travel to site.

Based from our office in Farnham, with regular site visits in the surrounding countryside. A clean driving license is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Duties will include and not limited to: 

  • Preparing monthly cost reports, with cost control measures in place
  • Pricing variations
  • Preparing periodic project valuations, certificates and payment dates
  • Preparing financial accounts and retention release
  • Preparing monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR)
  • Review and Assign suppliers and subcontractors in line with procurement schedule, assessing and negotiating subcontractor packages.
  • Attending regular professional and internal team meetings.

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS

  • Competitive Salary available depending on level of experience.
  • Hours 8:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday.
